“Can I book an appointment through instagram?”

Apologies, but no! It is too complicated for us to book through Instagram. If you contact us via IG you’ll be asked to make an appointment through our online booking system or email us.

What happens on the rare occasion that I’m not super in love with my new hair? What are my options?

Here at P.R we want to make sure that each of our guests have the highest quality experience possible. If you’re not 100% sure about your new colour or cut, please get in touch. We offer complimentary adjustments within a two week period following your appointment. Please note, P.R do not offer refunds on services.

I’d like to get a quote for my hair. can I dm you or email you a photo of my hair to get a price?

Unfortunately we can’t give you a comprehensive quote until we see your hair in person. You can book a consultation service online via the Book Online link above, or email us. When you do come in for your consultation we’d love to see all of your hair inspiration pics, so please share wildly when you’re in-salon.

Dolls! I work 9-5. how can i book in with you?

Luckily for you we offer after-hours services on Thursdays as well as our Saturday bookings. Just be aware that these are our most popular bookings and can get snapped up way in advance, so plan accordingly! You heard it here.

How do I get there?

We are so lucky to be located in the bustling district of Montague Road in West End. The City Glider cruises straight past our salon, and stops just next door at Aldi. If you’re driving, there is parking on Montague Road, both metered and unmetered. The side streets towards the river also have some great sneaky spots.

Do you do fellas and kids?

Paloma Roan has a genderless service and pricing structure. However, please note that we are not doing barber style cuts at this time. We also don’t do children under the age of 14yo - and regular pricing applies on all age groups.

Is your salon friendly to the little ones?

Paloma Roan is a busy working salon - if your kids, babies or pooches don’t mind playing quietly in the waiting area for the duration of your appointment, we ABSOLUTELY do not mind you bringing them along. We love babies! We love pooches! We just ask that you consider the other guests and clients who are sharing the space.

What else can I do to best prepare for my appointment with P.R?

Good question! Please make sure you allow sufficient time for your appointment and if you’re going to be spending quite a bit of time in salon we recommend packing lunch. Arrive with brushed and tidy hair and please, please don’t wear your Sunday best - Although we will be super careful, P.R will not be liable for any spillages and stains.
